FEATURE REQUEST - Change Active Alerts default settings in NPM 11.5+

Case #768701: Granular Node Management & Upgrade of NPM 11.0 to 11.5 (and SAM 6.1.1 to 6.2)

1) It appears that how Active Alerts (which is a resource that can be added to a page) displays differently from 11.0, now in 11.5. By default it only shows 5 items, and you can "Show All". My question is, previously it showed all by default, and how can we edit the properties of the resource on the page to either Show All or show more items by default? It seems that whenever you login or if the page refreshes, it does not save the view that you configured on the page and it's local to your session.

I personally found this to be a very annoying change. My NOC staff want to display the active alerts on a screen on the wall, but now the wall will only show the latest 5 alerts. This isn't particularly useful! A way to customize this or another "All Alerts" object that could be added to the view instead would be a huge improvement.

Agree, that is very annoying and i would also like to see this changed where all alerts are displayed by default or at least an option is provided where that can be customized.

This would be the ideal solution as for our use case. I don't even really mind if they keep it showing a limited number with pages by default, but allowing us to edit the object, similarly to how you are able to edit other objects and change that setting or even have a separate object that displays accordingly would be ideal.

It would also be very handy to have the Alerts as an option for your Summary and First Page to see after Login. Many of my Clients are ISP/MSP's and this is something they like to assign their Clients. It is not the same as using the All Active alerts resource on a Summary view, as we have explored that as well.

Has anyone found a solution that works for this? Our Noc team mainly watches the All Active Alerts page for issues and having to customize displayed columns, order of columns and size every time they leave and come back to the page is really a large pain point with them.
