We have DPA and have used it to group our SQL Servers to make them easier to manage. In Orion, the basic Database Summary page has a resource block named All Database Instances that show summary information about our SQL Servers. There is currently no way to have the DPA groups carried over to Orion so that they display the same way in Orion that they do in DPA. If this cannot be done through integration, the ability to set up groups in that resource block would allow us to group them the same way, even though it would be harder to manage.
