It is helpful to be able to do a full discovery of subnets like you have if you want to map out all devices on the network. However, for a large network of 40K plus nodes doing this takes weeks when all we really need in most cases are the network devices. I would like to select what roles we scan for, have the tool crawl the network with CDP and LLDP, once it finds a device then add it to the database using the SNMP credentials. This would make it more proficient for a network mapping.
