I have been using the custom properties (spreadsheet view) on my server since we got this product in 2004. I use it weekly to do bulk changes, compare columns of date for accuracy, facilitiated by the ability to see all the data at one time and move columns and to verify all information needed by my support groups has been completed to name a few. The ability to sort by any field when doing these tasks is a massive, massive time saver and ensures accuracy of my changes because I can see all the data in one view.
This new multi-step, pick and choose system in the web is unacceptable as the only way to manage this data. It was in the product until the 10.4 release. I understand some people may want that on the web, I need it on the server. The elimination of this functinality has increase my time for weekly tasks 20 fold. As i can not rollback because the fix for the F5 statistics issue is only in the 10.4 release, would the developers please put back the ability to manage the data on the server as before for those of us who relied on that function to do our jobs. This would be one reason to look at other products for network management, ones that will add capabilities without removing functionality..
