Support monitoring for Sybase version 15.0.3 DPA ADVISOR to facilitate a solution

Before the screenshot of GOOGLE requested (annex at the end), I clarify that it is not the best example since it is a daily backup task that obviously occupies much of the machine resource (I think you can remove the monitoring in that period of time in which this backup is scheduled), but making a parallel between what DPA shows for an SQL SERVER instance vs a Sybase instance, the flaws are evident the ones we refer to for which the tool has not been so effective:

In Sybase instances with version 15.0.3. "TUNING ADVISORS / QUERY ADVISORS" function returns (Use these resources for research), which is not helpful for our DBAs who do not have network access on their computers.
