Be able to select "unplugged" interfaces during the interface discovery of a device. Either from the process of adding a node or by doing a re-discovery on a device. This should also be an option under the "more options" drop down list under the managed nodes view. Currently we have to go back and select all the interfaces under managed nodes, click on the "edit properties" to set those "unplugged".
