This should include all reach down into all Orion DB's for that data so that reports or views can be built on the health of large Orion installations.
This is a great request and something we absolutely want to provide in the future. We certainly want to push EOC to becoming more of a Manager of Managers (Orion Instances). I know dsimpkins and others have specific ideas that maybe they can include here as well.
