Possibility to add new dashboards to the left navigation tabs

The new dashboards are great, but their widgets cannot be mixed and matched with the old ones. I can live with that.
But the new dashboards can only be added to the menus. I would like to be able to add them as a tab in the left navigation panel as well

Adding the new dashboards to the left navigation panel would actually involve the same functionality as combining them on the same page with old widgets unless SW comes up with either: a (messy?) way to embed them, or a way to add custom links to the left navigation. That second approach would logically warrant a new method to maintain the left navigation on a new dashboard page, which might not flow well with the new page design.

It creates an interesting fork in the road that possibly separates the concepts of dashboards (standalone?) and widgets (for views?) from their combined usage prior to 2020.2.

This is needed. Actually I jsut have a link widget on a new tab of the view that goes to the new dashboard..
