Ability to use IfName instead of Caption for interface names

The Caption field is an extremely long form name. For example:

Whereas the IfName is just:

It gets really tedious to rename all of these captions one my one so they just read 'outsidefiber'. I don't see a reason why Orion should automatically use the longest possible name for an interface, at least in my environment

Could you just run a scheduled job using the SDK to update the ifname field for the devices that you want the change applied to?

For sure. There are a bunch of ways to solve the problem, but I feel like there wouldn't be anything lost if the change was made permanent
