Historical data in alerts email action. Alert action: create report

Hi everyone. I think, it would be great feature to insert historical data in graphic or table view into alerts action like "send email".

For example: Node A goes down->Send email within chart or table of node CPU_Load (Memory, Network Response Time, etc.) data. Or maybe to create some historical report like trigger action. Thats will be great too.

Interesting idea. you might be able to do this using email type HTML and putting a link to the graph...test w/ a node/graph and roll over the title of the resource housing the graph...

paste into html and tweak accordingly. you can then use macros to replace nodeid/objectID appropriately.

test in browser to get minimal url needed to get graph (like getting rid of part after nodeID - "&currenturl...blah...blah"

good resource if not well versed in html is w3schools.com‌ 0> i.e <img src="url" alt="some_text">

would look something like this:

"http:// <myserver>/Orion/DetachResource.aspx?ResourceID=9060&NetObject=N:369" when ready to do alert you'd change N:369 to N:${NodeID} or whatever macro made sense

Be nice to be able to click "insert resource" or something though.

Thats good idea if person who you send that email got access to Orion. But what if that recipient is not employee in your company. For example your service provider for Internet, and you want to send them IP SLA Operation statistics.
