Add the ability to create custom fields for MAC addresses

It would be great to add a description field to MAC addresses. This would allow us to manage our device inventory more easily.

You are wanting the ability to add your own MAC's and vendors for devices unknown to solarwinds?

no, I would like to be able to associate a hostname with a MAC. It would be even better if this happened automatically.
