FEATURE REQUEST - Users with read only access with the possibility to initiate scanning of subnets

I would like to request for a feature on IPAM solarwinds for users with read only access to initiate scanning of subnets. This would be useful for my users (who are not power user / admins) to initiate scans on subnets that they are handling. With this feature enabled, users have better management on their subnets.
