This Feature Request is related to but not dependent on that one being implemented.
Currently there is an "Active Alerts" webpage resource that allows you to display All Active Alerts or to optionally exclude ACK'd Alerts.
I would like to see a new "Alerts" webpage resource that allows you to select to have display either un-ACK'd Alerts, ACK'd Alerts or both.
If the other Feature Request above is also implemented, it would be nice to then also have the option with the new "Alerts" webpage resource to select the Alerts discussed there, let's call them "Alerts Silenced Until Reset" for lack of a better term, and select which of the three or that you want to see all three in the resource.
The situation we have here is that our Help Desk really needs to see un-ACK'd Alerts as their top priority so they can make sure someone is addressing them and see a combination of un-ACK'd and ACK'd Alerts when someone calls in with an issue so they can see if the issue is already known. The Help Desk really does not need to see the Alerts Silenced Until Reset at all. Those are more important to the Team responsible for the object that triggered the Alert.
