Every year we go through a round of "we need reports" "we need metrics"... I produce nice pretty reports and bam- management wants business hours only.
So I spend the next week jacking around with report writer to generate SQL queries so I can copy and paste them into the web console data selection; and then modify the sql query to reflect the last 30 days/90 days, m-f, 7am-7pm. And then struggle trying to get it to work...
Its very very tiring and something that should have been written into the reporting engine LONG ago.
