Provide the ability to assign permissions to a user per virtual machine to perform management actions. For instance a user may have the ability to perform all management actions on virtual machine 1 & Virtual Machine 2 but no permissions to execute management actions on any other Virtual Machine. Privileges could also be assigned to a folder within VM to apply for a group of virtual Machines.
