The rule description text is where we explain what the rule is testing, and is especially useful when doing "must contain" and "must not contain" checks in the same rule. When there is a rule violation, there is no explanation and leads to confusion on what the rules are showing both types in the results. Sure, an engineer can figure this out without hand-holding, but the auditor cannot. Having the rule description text would help for the viewer to understand what the rules are checking for and the expected results.
