Unmanage window with Acknowledgement

Hi,

Per my recommendation, when we unmanaged the node that time unmanaged window should have one text box to mention the reason, why we are unmanaging the node.

if we can add this feature in solarWinds, then we can audit or make a report why and what was the reason for unmanaged the node.

There definitely needs to be a note/reason box for why this is being unmanaged. Every company requires this for audit tracking and is essential. Our users put a Help Desk ticket reference and additional information for this purpose. This just needs to be a freeform VarChar(Max) field.
