Option to add a snapshot of a resource to an alert email or allow for additional custom content to send a webpage action

It would be great to be able to embed a snapshot of a resource into an alert email at the time of the alert or to allow the send a web page option to have custom content added after the snapshot page. Currently the only way to get the content sent out that I am aware of is to send it in separate emails.
