Hello Monitoring-Folks,
as you all know, in SolarWinds Orion, there is following behaviour with Users / Groups and their permissions:
If a user is a member of multiple groups, the user only receives permissions and views from the group highest in the list below.

Now due to a massive growth of our SolarWinds Monitoring infrastructure we run in massive problems with the Permission-Management.
For every single Profile of operator/manager/IT-colleague we have to create a group and give seperately the permissions.
It is not possible to create Roles and add users to their pre-defined rules, because only the first matching group will rule the "permision war".
In a big infrastructure this means for us nearly the same amount on groups/profiles as we have users.
I would like to open a feature request for a better Permission Management, so that there can be a N:M realtionship between users / groups / permissions.
Just like Permissions act in NTFS.
I couldn't find any, but if there is a similiar request, you can close mine, or just give me a hint.
