Import/Export of Views

I'm not sure what this would take in terms of programming, but I would like to see it be possible to import/export views in Orion. This would make the process of migration much simpler.

This is a great idea. marcnetterfield has done an amazing job creating a powershell script to help with view migrations. viewmigrator.txt

This has been implemented for the new Modern Dashboards. It is on the API level (not the GUI level):
