NPM Newer Manage Entities - Select All should have the option to select all nodes on all pages, just like NCM and the classic Manage Entities does.

The 'new' Manage Entities page when hitting select all only selects the nodes currently on the page. 

There should be a pop-up text similar to what we see in NCM, that you can click to select all nodes on all pages.

All their new stuff seems to have less functionality than the classic version. I think in part due to chopping up their product and applying paywalls.
