Your demo version is SO crippled, that it really doesn't demo very well. The discovery suggests that you look in the bridge table for info, yet the inventory shows no MAC addresses. Does this feature work? I was hoping it would work more like switch port mapper.

Are you referring to the Evaluation version of NTM ? If yes, I would need more information on the data you entered for discovery. Could we have a 15 mins, GoTo Meeting session today or the next week, to look into your issue ?

I really want to get this app but I agree the demo was so crippled I am having a issue on giving it the credit it is due.

I told the same thing to my sales rep. when he called this week. I have to do the pitch for more toys next week and the value add and I am going to have to get creative on how to do it.

Any ideas would be great..

Not sure if it's just the evaluation version.

We purchased expecting a bit more funtionality but found it just as limited as far as support goes, hopefully this will get better as time goes by.

I think if you run a Cisco netwok then it will produce the best results.

Bit disapointed to find we still don't seem to be able to add device details.
