I have some equipment that shows interfaces as down even though they're disabled in the device management (specifically with Meraki firewalls) and a couple ports that I want to leave open for maintenance connectivity but get alerts when something's plugged into them. Right now the check box to show them as unplugged helps quiet things down a little, but I'm missing that notification when things stop being normal (the jacks are somehow put into service.) It would be great to have a second checkbox in the general field alongside the "unplugged" option that flips things so the port is green when unplugged and red when connected.
