NPM 12.0 Intigrated High Availabilty

Did the integrated high availability get dropped from the initial release of NPM 12? I don't see this listed in any of the documentation.

Anyone, does the H/A solution mandate use of NTA?

You do not need NTA for HA

Word from Sales, H/A may be available in NPM 12.01, and it is under consideration to charge for the needed pool licenses, but no definitive answer. It would be a shame to charge additionally after waiting so long for a viable H/A solution.
