I read an article that when an IP address is discovered as active via the subnet scan it will perform a reverse lookup to get the hostname. As not all devices will have an entry in DNS, Can you look at the following configurable options?
1. Orion node (from discovery) lookup, to get hostname and populate the hostname field with this.
2. Use the hostname discovered via SNMP on the subnet scan to populate the hostname field for the IP entry.
