I opened a support ticket in January to add functionality to the ServiceNow integration. Currently the Priority field that maps through to ServiceNow brings back a pre-populated list of canned priorities. We use custom properties assigned to objects in Solarwinds to define priorities for nodes, interfaces, etc. We'd like the ability to map our custom property to a value sent to ServiceNow for the priority of the incident. I opened case CUST-27102 with support in January and was hoping this enhancement would make the 12.1 release but I don't see it in the release notes.
