Use-case:

1. Correlate NetFlow charts with timestamp of config changes.
2. NetFlow Traffic Analyzer detects excess of traffic and triggers an NCM CCT to throttle traffic (e.g. changes QoS traffic policies)

This is something that can be accomplished with NPM nad NCM already. I have several Clients that execute policy or routing changes based on Interface utilization. Having this additional layer of information to define what detail and which QOS policy to update would be a nice addition.
