Managing and scanning of IPv6 addresses

Currently it is not possible to create IPv6 ranges. It is only possible to enter the address manualy or import from an text file.

It would be greate to have the same functionality as for IPv4 addresses to enter the starting IP and the Prifix and IPAM will calculate the IP`s automaticaly. For sure there has to be a limit in number of IP`s.

Second topic is to have a scan function like the one for IPv4.

I have createt two support cases: 497442 and 493801

The current implementation of IPv6 is useless and brings no benefit.

One cannot scan IPv6 address ranges. A /64 would take decades to scan.

What is needed here is the ability to pull IPv6 Neighbor cache from IOS, ASA, and NX-OS.
