FEATURE REQUEST: Need View option for Alert Rules/Report Schedules

I have a suggestion to provide View option just to view the summary of existing alert rules & report schedules.

After working with Rules and Reports, I think, we should have an option as View after selecting the alert rule or report schedule. This help us not to click on Edit and view required details by going through each tab. It would save lot of time to do this every time. Also, we can avoid accidental changes to the existing alert. You can say that there is a Duplicate and Edit option. That again, utilizes resources and time. By just viewing it, it won't show that the rule is already in edit mode as well.

When we Edit the rule, it shows all the details like, Trigger condition, action, etc. at the Summary tab (screen shot attached below). The same details can be shown with a "View Alert" option provided before "Edit Alert" option. The below summary screen covers details available in all the tabs. In similar way for Report Schedules as well.
