In MSSQLSERVER template add history to "Top 10 Clustered Indexes by Fragmentation" -- Index name should be a link to chart showing parameter history or to webpage dedicated for this parameter (as it is for example for interfaces).
I just realized this today - I can't easily graph/record these values. Upvoted.
