Product Enhancements for managing IP Addresses in IPAM

Description:

-Set Status button by passing the required custom property fields.

It will set the IP status to Used, Transient, or Reserved even though there are *required custom properties.

-Setting the IP status to reserved shows an option for DHCP however there is no DHCP server added/monitored in IPAM. (There is no DHCP managed IP or DHCP server monitored)

-IPAM 2019.4
