I'd like to see a threshold added to the "Process Monitor - WMI" and "Process Monitor - SNMP" for # of running copies of the process. Currently if you have a process monitor enabled for a process that has multiple copies running that you can't narrow down using command line filtering your only option for alerting is using a single alert for # of copies running. If you have multiple cases like that within a single app you end up having to make multiple alerts to cover them. If you could set a threshold of x # of copies running you could just trigger off the app going warning/critical.
