There is a Manage Actions page you can get to, part of the Manage Alerts page. In the Manage Actions page, you can test actions, assign to alerts (even multiple alerts), delete actions, search, edit actions, enable/disable actions. But you can not create actions on that page. It seems intuitive that it would be good to be able to create actions on the page. We could then create and store "template" actions, which other Orion admins could copy and use with their alerts. And, some actions might be the same for different alerts, but the trigger could be different. Sure, we can already assign an action to multiple alerts, but being able to create the action and assign it on the same page seems intuitive.
