I recently created a map in NTM where I had to manually connect 98% of the devices (approximately 450). It proved challenging to fit all of the switches in a circle around the routers neatly and uniformly. My idea is to have a circle and rectangle shape tool in NTM where you could easily arrange your devices using the shape as a guide with the option to hide/show the shapes in the GUI (and be able to resize the shapes by dragging). To go a step further, even be able to toggle snapping to the shape on/off similar to Photoshop or other graphic design software.
