I would like to request an enhancement to the current SNMP/WMI polling failure report functionality. At present, we are generating the report based on the LastSystemUpTimePollUtc field. However, we have observed discrepancies where devices that are actively working are still being listed in the failure report.
To improve the accuracy of this report, we propose the addition of a feature that allows the report to be generated based on the actual polling test results, rather than relying solely on the LastSystemUpTimePollUtc timestamp. This would help ensure that only genuinely unresponsive devices are included in the report.
We believe this enhancement will significantly improve the reliability of the monitoring data and assist in more effective troubleshooting.
