Liscensing of 5000 or 6000 NPM interfaces instead of 2,000 or 10,000.

You all should have a number between 2,000 and 10,000 available for interface licensing. Say 5,000 or 6,000. It's just unreasonable to jump from 2,000 to 10,000 with nothing available in between when the cost is that astronomical.
