We have an issue with some (not all) Windows 2008R2 agents that can not run agent code past 2020.4.1. Support has confirmed those nodes will have an issue upgrading past that version of the agent. Our internal case number was 907016.
We have currently disabled automatic upgrades on the appliance to prevent them from trying to upgrade and ultimately being unable to connect. Requesting the ability to disable upgrades on a node-by-node basis so that we can turn automatic upgrades on without those agents updating themselves.
I believe that used to exist in the Flash console but does not exist in the new UI.
