It would be useful to be able to create custom properties templates for nodes in NPM. We have multiple groups that use NPM and use custom node properties as trigger conditions for alerts depending on who owns the device. It would make adding new nodes less tedious when the majority of the node custom properties are the same.
Here's a couple of examples....
We have 3 data centers in the US and frequently need to add new nodes, if we had 3 templates to choose from it would eliminate inconsistencies due to user error and speed up getting the nodes under management.
What would be more helpful would be to integrate these templates into the node discovery. We have another group of users that have account limitations. If they use node discovery they cant see the nodes that they create because the custom properties aren't complete.
