Use Cisco interface bandwidth extension OIDs

If devicetype = Cisco then poll cieIfSpeedReceive (1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.276.1.1.2.1.11) for the receive speed of an interface. Today you guys just use the basic method of ifSpeed/ifHighSpeed for both send and receive so I have to go into all my interfaces on Solarwinds and set the receive speed separately for my asymmetric devices like Cable/DSL modems. I've also got to set it in IOS so my show interface commands come out right. Would be nice to do it one place only.

I think it would be nice to include the option to change which OID is referenced for identifying bandwidth on Cisco devices. Similar to how we have the option to change which poller is used in certain scenarios (i.e. Hardware Health).

Product managers and developers: Please consider this feature request as it would help us immensely (and others I'm sure). Editing custom bandwidth does not scale in a large environment. While we could use API to edit custom bandwidth, it would be much easier if this was built right in to the product.
