Move the "Processing..." icon on the "Edit Properties" page

When testing a Polling method on the "Edit Properties" page on a node, the "Processing...." icon should be placed next to the "Test" button and not in the bottom of the page as it is now.

A simple thing to change - but a huge benefit for us daily users of Orion NPM :-)

I do believe this has been done in the new version (RC) of NPM. SW, keep me honest...

Survey says.... correct!

It still shows "Processing..." at the bottom of the page but a "Validating..." object appears next to the Test button.

If your SNMP credentials fail, and you hit test again. The previous Test Failed status will be displayed but you can now tell that the new credentials are being tested without scrolling down.
