Hi,
Following on the back of this thread:

It would be great for users such as myself who are not familial with SQL to be able to create custom displays by selecting the fields by means of a "drag and drop" or a "Check box" to create the custom view or once the fields that you want have been selected for the custom SQL to be generated so that you can add it to the "Custom SQL" rescourse type.

As you can see, in the above screenshot, i would like to create a "Active alerts" for all node and applications. the active application alerts shows all the fields that i want to see however the active alerts does not, such as Network Node. In order for me to do this, i would have to be familiar with SQL or Solarwinds SDK to be able to create such a view. If Solarwinds could provide a simple "drag and drop" designer where i could create a new "view" drag items such as a "Time Of Alert, Network Node, Application name (with issue or hardware issue and the message and then either click save and that gets added to the "Customize Page > Add Resource" where i could then select it and add it or, if once i click save it generates the SQL which i can then add to the Custom SQL under the Add Resources, as an additional benefit, these custom created views could also be shared on Thwack like the templates etc.

If this could also alow you to expand on existing views such as "Nodes with problems" (for example)

I hope this is all clear enough. If this is worth progressing and you would like an example view of the "Drag and Drop" view builder please let me know and i would be more than happy to quickly sketch up what i had in mind.
Thank you for providing such a great product.
