IPAM IP Request - drop down list

We would like to be able to show a drop-down list in the IPAM IP request form.

Like you can add text fields that the user should or could enter information in, a drop-down list would be really handy. Like having what site this belongs to, what area etc. That field should also be accessible from alert-creation. So the correct department can get the request.

Ex. IF IPRequest.MyField_Site='Sweden' THEN Email sweden@iprequest.company.... You get the idea.

This is aligned with another FR for the ability to customise the IP Request Form - thwack.solarwinds.com/.../further-customization-on-ip-request-form

This is an area which is ripe for the ability to tune the input form fields and workflow out the back, as in many organisations this feature is under utilised, as it is not quite aligned to how they would need it to work.

Any updates from the SW team on adding such functionality?
