Add transceiver model/details to Interface details view

For devices using transceivers it would be handy if the interface details summary view included the model number and other details shown when running "sho int <port> transceiver". 

Should be able to be polled and added into that screen without too much issue imo.

You might find that information already included in your NPM or NTA interface views if you're capturing Inventory data with NCM, and if you have the interfaces set to record/report, both locally on the hardware, and remotely in Solarwinds.
