Report- ISP downtime with penalty

Hi Team

We have deployed NPM in several banks here. One common reports all bank client ask is, they want a consolidated/ISP wise report showing

ISP Link Name Downtime in this month/last month

That report should be based on downtime in working hours ( say 9 am to 6 pm).

We have taken support from Solarwinds and they confirmed it is not possible.

Please note node interface downtime is not ISP link downtime. Bank has 2 ISP link in each branch. So we discovered same node 2 times using 2 IP address of 2 ISP.
