Following the conversation in this FR, I had an epiphany!
One thing Thwack appears to be missing is a collaborative method for Orion users to work together, to squish some bugs! My idea is for a new section of Thwack, dedicated to helping users to help SWI and the wider community, by allowing us to submit bugs we have found, and providing other users with the ability to click a 'I can reproduce' voting button, similar to the format of the Feature Request posts:
When a user clicks 'I can reproduce this bug', the page should prompt for additional information. Only those who provide additional information will be eligible for any kudos.
While we're on the subject of kudos. All encouragement should be provided to allow people to work together to provide SWI with information to help find the root cause of said bugs, with Thwack Points given to those who assist in providing information, and a 'Bug Hunter' badge provided to all verified contributors when a bug is squished by the development team 
Also, while SWI support is great, if a 'Bug' post was created as part of each new verified bug, as well as the issue number we get now, and shared to the relevant product's Bug Hunt page, it could help speed up the creation of fixes, and provide the community with yet more ways of being awesome
