Modem support of out of band access to nodes

I would like to see modem support for out of band access to nodes within NPM. The OOB number could be part of the node in NPM, and if a node is down, be able to click on the Connect via OOB option to dial out to the remote node.

We use a custom field to add the number and a script that grabs it from the DB to test. I think it failed a while back and noone care enough to get it back online, but this would be nice if it was built in... May be difficult to have a dialout associated though....

Just in general - Out of Band Support built into SW.

Give an extra check box/option to select and then you can input the OOB IP Address.

Heck +1 to ping the OOB IP when the Node goes down to add a line to the alert informing of OOB status.
