Currently when you register a new instance with DPA/Ignite, monitoring is activated immediately.
It would be useful to be able to register an instance without automatically starting the monitoring.
The reason for doing this would be, for example, when registering a Production instance where you require Change Management prior to activating monitoring etc. You could set up everything prior to your implementation, and then just activate the monitoring at a later time.
This could easily be a check-box on the last page of registration - "Activate monitoring", checked by default but able to be de-selected.
