During an upgrade or installation when new database files are created in the database they get created in the default paths for the SQL server. This is a pain because we use AlwaysOn High Availability SQL server so we have to remove the database from both members, take them offline to move the new files into the same disk group we use for SolarWinds products.
It would be nice if the installer would use the same path or at least have an option to set a default path where it will create the new database files.
