Feature Request - Add support for HA VIP to Additional Web Server

Currently, the Additional Web Server product must point directly to a polling engine. In an HA environment, it would be valuable to have the ability to point it at the VIP for the HA polling engine deployment.

If the AWS is pointed to a polling engine that goes from primary to standby, then much of the functionality does not work and appears to the users that Solarwinds is down.

Additional Web Servers are fully HA aware. A failure of your primary/active polling engine will not cause your Additional Web Server to cease functioning, provided you have a secondary/backup main poller to become active when the primary fails.

Please have someone contact me about this. I worked with tech support and in my own testing, much of the functionality no longer works when a failover occurs. The AWS does not fail completely, but various components give web page errors (ie: NCM, NetPath).
