Presently the following DNS server WMI permissions article describes the requirements for IPAM (it must have DnsAdmins privileges), DCOM and WMI permissions. Since every domain controller is a DNS server hosting AD-integrated zones, the DCOM and WMI settings are required to be manually set on every DC. This is labor-intensive and subject to error. Instead, the more appropriate way to do this would by by using Group Policy. Please publish the policy settings required.
